The course booking form lists the proposed training as a part of your Pre-Training Proposal listing the following course details:
The attendance by the student enrolled will constitute as the students acceptance of the Training Plan if not accepted already and signed.
Course fees are due eight (8) days prior to the course commencement date (unless prior arrangements have been made). Enrolments are NOT confirmed until the ‘signed authority to proceed’ and/or purchase order or payment is received.
We agree to provide services to you, and you accept the services on the terms and conditions set out in these Terms of Business. The attendance by you or any of your officers, employees, agents or contractors will constitute your acceptance of the Course Booking Form if not accepted already.
Any terms and conditions supplied or communicated by you are expressly rejected.’
Bookings made WITHIN seven (7) days of the course commencement date will ONLY be accepted with evidence of payment (i.e. purchase order, payment confirmation receipt, etc).
An unconfirmed enrolment may be cancelled by a DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS staff member to allow for confirmed enrolments. Course fees are subject to change without notice. No increase in fees will apply to confirmed bookings.

Credit Card Payment We use Enrolmart as our provider to help provide authentic and safe credit card facilities online for our clients so that you can safely order and pay at the checkout when using the DNA Training Solutions Cart.

DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS debt collection procedures for any outstanding invoices that have not been paid prior to commencement by the authorising party will result in the following actions:
DNA Training Solutions can offer payment plans if requested by calling 03 9070 1111 and speaking with our accounts team who are here to help you find a solution.
Under the training package rules and the OH&S policy DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS reserves the right to perform an onsite drug test due to the high risk of operating machinery and equipment. The staff and trainers will ensure confidentiality for any test results. Test results will only be shared with the employer (authorising officer) and the student.
Any student who is found to have a POSITIVE test result will be suspended from the class with no refund applicable due to the allocated space already nominated to the student.
Any student who refuses the drug test when asked will be suspended from the class with no refund.
Students who have missed a session(s) due to either of the above reasons will be required to complete a new booking form and pay to re-sit the session at which they will need to provide a negative test on the day to attend.
DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS provides a rolling admission policy which allows us to run our courses on a monthly timetable in which you can enrol in anytime. We require a minimum number of participants to run our courses effectively so that we can offer you competitive pricing. We will notify you within 7 days of the proposed course date if the course has not reached the minimum enrolment numbers to run the course you have elected. In the case of a course not being run on the proposed date you will automatically enrolled in the next available course that is scheduled to run.
Upon completion of a course, DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS will issue either a ‘Statement of Attainment’ (Accredited Courses) or a ‘Certificate of Completion’ (Non-accredited courses) to all participants who complete a course to the (sole) satisfaction of DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS within 30 days.
DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS does not offer discounts for cardholders such as: pension card, health care card, student concession card, etc. Group booking discounts may apply which can be negotiated on application.
Transfers and cancellations will only be accepted up to seven (7) days prior to the first day of the course. Fees already paid will be allocated to another course without penalty, provided there are spaces available on an alternate course. We pride ourselves in flexible delivery and will allow up to two attempts to rebook before the invoice and booking from being cancelled.
It is the responsibility of the payee to contact DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS to reschedule their placement. The course/placement must be held within 6 months of the initial booking.
Transfers and cancellations will not be accepted within seven (7) days of the first day of the course. Fees will NOT be allocated to another course. DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this seven-day period, however; substitute delegates are always welcome at no extra cost. If a delegate fails to attend a course or a booking that has been transferred on more than two occasions, the entire course fee may be forfeited.
In the event that a course is NOT prepaid in advance, any certificates, proof of training etc will be withheld until payment is received in full refer to section ‘COURSE FEES’.
Exclusions to the above may be applied with proof of a medical certificate as mentioned in section ‘MEDICAL ISSUES’

The trainers, assessors and staff reserve the right to remove any student from the class who acts in a way that may cause risk of harm to self or others. Students are required to follow the OH&S guidelines for safe conduct and are required to complete the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) prior to commencing any practical components of their learning journey with DNA Training Solutions.
Participants are advised that they will be required to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS does have some PPE for use by participants, however it must be noted that DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS accepts no responsibility for any claims arising out of the use of borrowed PPE.
The Pandemic Orders requiring two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine for the higher education sector have been removed, with responsibility for vaccine requirements shifting to individual employers.
This means employers are able to set their own workplace conditions, including whether to continue requiring their staff to have two or three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. Please check with your employer directly to see if you are required to have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
Despite these changes, you are strongly encouraged to get the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as you are eligible. COVID-19 third doses are recommended for anyone aged 16 and over who had their second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine three or more months ago.
While students and other visitors attending onsite (excluding paid or volunteer workers) are no longer required to show evidence that they have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination, those undertaking placements must continue to adhere to the vaccination mandate that applies to their .

Inform your assessor if there is any medical condition which may affect your performance in the workplace activities. If you fall ill during your course, you will need to obtain a medical certificate to cover any time needed for recovery, as well as a medical clearance to return to your placement.
The student will be expected to make up any time lost to ensure you meet any requirements for minimum numbers of hours.
Students are required to provide a ‘Medical Certificate’ for any sessions missed to avoid any further charges as stated in ‘CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER’
DNA TRAINING SOLUTIONS offer the opportunity for the students to attend classes through remote learning. Students who miss a session without prior notification will be required to follow the CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER policy and procedures unless if a medical certificate can be produced.
Students are responsible for completing their E-Learning within the delegated timeframe or additional charges of $100 per adjustment will be invoiced to the employer (authorising officer) for additional administration fees.
DNA Training Solutions through Thoughtplanters (Australia) RTO 40739 charges for the training services that it offers, these commercial fees are negotiated directly with the employers of our participants, and as such tend to remain confidential between these two parties, however it should be known that we charge our fees in arrears of services provided, and as such Thoughtplanters does not collect fees in advance of client services at any time.
As we collect fees in arrears, there is not a requirement for a refund policy.
We guarantee to conduct the assessment for the participant when full payment had been made. Should circumstances occur where we are unable to provide the service that the participant has contracted to we will refund all monies paid in full.
All Participants should note that lost statements of attainment can be replaced, the fee for this is $55 and will require the participant to advise of their name and produce photo ID when picking up the replacement certificate.
Due to identification requirements replacement certificates cannot be posted or emailed.
